State 274 Rules

Welcome to State 274! Our goal is to create a competitive yet respectful environment where alliances can thrive, strategies can shine, and everyone can enjoy the game. These rules are in place to ensure fairness, fun, and cooperation across the state. Play smart, respect others, and let’s build a strong community together!

Respect & Inclusivity

Treat all players with respect, regardless of their alliance, playstyle, or background. A strong state thrives on cooperation and mutual respect.

Fortress & Stronghold Distribution

These are allocated to alliances based on their total SvS Prep score. Fair play and strategy determine ownership.

SvS Prep Top 4 Alliances:

1 Stronghold 2 Fortresses

SvS Prep Top 5-8 Alliances:

1 Fortresses

Conflict Resolution

If you have an issue with another player, address it through their alliance’s R4 or R5 leadership before escalating further.

Friendly Banter & Fun

Engage in competitive banter and enjoy the game, but always keep it respectful and sportsmanlike.

Brothers in Arms (Kill Event – KE) Rules

SvS Week:

Only tile hits are allowed. Attacking cities, rallies, or any other form of aggression is prohibited.

Frostdragon Week:

All attacks are strictly prohibited.

Fortress Buff Rewards

These are distributed across the state based on a set percentage, with priority given to rally leaders in addition to alliance-based allocations.

Each alliance donates 38% of their weekly 20% buffs to the state to support overall development and rally leaders.

Buff Distribution (Based on Solo Hero Power):

  • Top 8 players → 2 buffs each (16 buffs total)
  • Rank 9-15 players → 1 buff each (7 buffs total)
  • Total buffs allocated: 23

Implementation Rules:

  • Alliance reward distributors must notify designated buff recipients during castle reward distribution.
  • Buffs must be reserved for 24 hours for those on the list.
  • A transparent record of buff distribution must be shared in Fortress group.

Be a Decent Human

Play hard, compete fiercely, but don’t be toxic. A strong state is built on teamwork, respect, and strategy, not unnecessary drama.
